Every tier, move, stat, and abbreviation used on TheDETierList — explained.
The Basics
- TheDETierList
- Dakota Entertainment's internal sports-style ranking board for the crew.
- Roster
- The full list of active employees, organized by tier.
- Profile
- An employee's page: photo, position, tier, ratings, badges, and move history.
- Feed
- The homepage. Shows the live tier list first, then the latest roster moves.
- Admin
- Approved staff who can post moves, edit tiers, manage ratings, and pick Employee of the Day.
Tiers
Tiers are fully editable in the admin panel — names, colors, and icons can change. These are the defaults.
- S Tier
- Elite Crew. Top of the board — reliable, leads jobs, sets the standard.
- A Tier
- Reliable Starter. Trusted on any event, day in and day out.
- B Tier
- Solid Worker. Gets the job done, room to grow into A.
- C Tier
- Needs Improvement. On notice — coaching in progress.
- IR
- Injured / Inactive. Temporarily off the active roster, tier stashed for return.
- Rookie
- New Employee. Learning the ropes, not yet tier-ranked.
- Unranked
- No tier assigned yet (or tier was deleted without reassignment).
Roster Moves
Every status change generates an ESPN-style graphic. Publishing a move auto-updates the employee's profile.
- PROMOTED
- Moved up a tier. Red theme.
- DEMOTED
- Moved down a tier.
- HIRED / SIGNED
- New crew member added. Green theme. Includes contract length + amount.
- RELEASED
- No longer with Dakota Entertainment.
- PLACED ON IR
- Moved to Injured Reserve. Purple theme. Current tier is stashed for reactivation.
- ACTIVATED
- Returned from IR to the active roster (restores stashed tier by default).
- RETIRED
- End of career with the company, on good terms.
- TIER UPDATED
- Lateral or admin tier correction that isn't strictly a promotion/demotion.
- TRADED
- Swap with another team/vendor. Both teams' logos and assets show on the card.
Employee of the Day (EOTD)
- EOTD
- Employee of the Day. Daily spotlight pick by an admin.
- Past Winners
- Archive of every EOTD pick.
- Weekly Leaderboard
- Who's racked up the most EOTD wins this week.
- Most Wins
- All-time EOTD leader.
Seasons, Awards & Hall of Fame
- Season
- A defined stretch of time (e.g. Summer '26) used to bucket stats and moves.
- Season Stats
- All ratings, moves, and EOTD wins recorded during a season.
- Awards
- End-of-season recognition (e.g. MVP, Rookie of the Year, Iron Crew).
- Hall of Fame
- Permanent recognition for legendary tenure or achievement.
OVR (Overall Rating)
OVR is a 1–99 sports-style score from an employee's 11 category ratings. Each tier below maps to a specific range.
- 99 — Hall of Fame
- Legendary. The ceiling. Reserved for all-time greats.
- 95–98 — Elite
- Top-of-league talent. Carries jobs and sets the standard.
- 90–94 — All-Star
- Premier crew. Trusted on the biggest events.
- 80–89 — Starter
- Day-one starter. Dependable, fully trained, ready every shift.
- 70–79 — Role Player
- Solid contributor. Strong in their lane, growing in others.
- 0–69 — Developing
- Still building skills. Coaching and reps in progress.
Profile Fields
- Role / Position
- What they do on a job (Crew Lead, Tech, Driver, etc.).
- Tier Rank
- Current tier the employee sits in.
- Height / Weight
- Sports-card style physical stats.
- Crew Lead Wins
- Times leading a successful event as Crew Lead.
- On-Time %
- Punctuality rate.
- Status
- Active, IR, Released, or Retired.
- Previous Tier
- Tier stashed when placed on IR, restored on Activation.
- Contract
- Length and amount, shown on signing.
